Step one. - Search
First mark the circle to see if you want a return ticket or a one-way ticket Place:
"Departing from" the city from which you want to travel and the desired departure date
"Arrival to" the city you are traveling to and the desired date of return (one-way ticket does not have the option of entering the date of return)
Select the number of passengers (number of adults, children and babies) in the drop-down menu.
Click on "Search" to get a list of flight prices
Note: city names are in English! Eg. Rome, Milan, Belgrade, Munich ....
Step two - Offer
A new page with a list of different combinations of flights to different airline companies will be opened with the offered price for each of them, made up of the cheapest combination in the offer (at the top) to more expensive combinations (skinning down). Sometimes within a single price offer there are several options for flights with different departures / arrivals but with the same flight price, so choose the flight that most times you have.
If you want to change the search, from a return ticket to one-way or vice versa, city of departure or return, dates, or number of people by age, class (from business to business class or first class) or want to be shown only direct destination flights (will only show if it has them), everything can be changed in the search engine above the list of flights (city and date), and / or under "More options" (return, one direction, multiple destinations, direct flights, number of adults / children / babies, class, airline).
Before choosing, make sure that the combination you choose to sleep in the city you can check by clicking on the "flight details" within the range of the offered flights, and whether or not it includes checked checked luggage (the icon of the box that says 0 if the checked luggage is not included, or 1 or 2 if 1 or 2 pieces of chekiran luggage are included).
The price for the selected combination is total - final with all taxes, which means that you do not have any additional charges on the airticket if you have entered all the parameters correctly, for example the number of people, and selected the flight as desired without the luggage.
Note: If you want to book the selected flights but with luggage, the system does not discard the combination that includes it, make a luggage reservation and contact us by phone for change and information about the new price.
Choose the departure and return that suits you by clicking the circle on the left side of the box, and click on "BOOK NOW".
Step three - Details
YOUR FLIGHT - Check the selected flights that are displayed on the left side of the screen (airline company, dates, flight times) and Price on the right side of the screen.
If you wish, you can still make changes by going backwards or entering "Passenger Information" (gender, name, surname, and some reservations plus birthdate and passport details).
IMPORTANT: The entered data must be the same as the valid document you are traveling (most often it is a passport). Please check the entered information (sex, name, surname) before confirming the reservation, as subsequent changes are often unavailable or result in the loss of the ticket at a reserved price. Some airlines in general or just for specific destinations, eg for the US and Canada, do not allow booking and issuing a ticket without the entered passport data - this is very important so please check the entered data well when booking.
By clicking on Select additional services you can request a special meal per person, and / or enter the Frequent Flyer card.
"Customer Information"
If you are not a physical person, select a company.
Enter all requested information (Gender, Name, Surname, Company, ID number, Address, Postal Code, City, Country, Calling, Telephone, E-mail).
IMPORTANT: Please check that you have entered the correct e-mail addres as you will receive a booking confirmation and travel and payment information upon completion of the booking.
You choose one of the possible payment methods that are offered under Payment Information (MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Visa, Payments to the Agency, or Payments to Your Account).
Depending on the booked airline, you will be offered a way of payment that is allowed, some airlines do not receive credit cards, or do not receive certain credit cards.
To confirm the booking you have to agree to the conditions by clicking on the home - check them with a check mark (before clicking on the conditions confirmation click on them and read the terms):
✔ I agree with the terms of the agency
✔ I agree with the airline conditions.
To complete the reservation, click on CONFIRM.
Note: If you have not entered all the necessary information to complete the reservation, or you confirm that you agree to the terms, the system will warn you about it and will not complete the reservation until you make it.
Step four - Confirmation
Upon completion of the reservation, the reservation will be displayed on the screen with all the details (at booking, details of your flight, customer and agency information, passenger name / name, and total price).
You will also receive a notification of RESERVATION RESERVATIONS by e-mail, on the e-mail you entered under the Data Passenger.
IMPORTANT:
Received booking confirmation is not an air ticket and is not valid as a travel document. An air ticket is issued by the agency after charging your credit card entered in the booking or after receipt of your bank account or cash receipt, depending on the payment method chosen.
If you notice any mistakes in the booking (incorrectly entered name, surname or gender, wrong date, city, or flight, wrongly entered payment information, etc.) you must contact us by phone +385 1 48 111 55/48 189 15 / 48 189 16 or via e-mail zagreb@atlantis-travel.hr.

Before you go on an airplane trip, you will need to go through a certain procedure of different checks. Traveling by plane is interesting and interesting, whether it is going for business or private reasons, for fun, family visits or friends. If you have never traveled to the airplane follow tips to make the journey as enjoyable and quick as possible, but with as little discomfort as possible before traveling, during flight and after landing. There are differences in whether you are traveling in domestic traffic, between Croatian cities, whether you are traveling between cities in Europe or traveling to another continent.
GENERAL RULES
If you know when you are on your way, it is important to book your flight ticket as early as possible for your departure and return. You can buy the map directly at the airport, through ticket dealers, or through the internet. If you buy tickets online then you can make savings. Today, there are also airline companies that offer tickets for several tens of euros, but only in case you book a few months in advance. Do not forget that these prices do not include airport fees, which are not small amounts (from hundreds of euros). After you've bought a ticket, you're going to the airport.
It is advisable to arrive at the airport for at least an hour and a half before taking the aircraft in domestic traffic, or at least two hours in the case of a flight abroad, in the case of a flight abroad and over two hours.
Why, do you ask? When traveling by bus or train it is enough to arrive practically a few minutes earlier because we have a reserved place. So on the plane, we have a reserved place, but before entering the aircraft it takes several phases.
When you arrive at the airport you need to check-in or take over the ticket at the airport check-in desk. If there is a crowd there is a chance to wait for half an hour until you get on the line. At check-in you will get an entry ticket that you have previously booked, so you must have a personal identity card in case of a travel by Croatia, or passport in case of travel outside Croatia. It is good to bring a copy of the pre-booked ticket just in case. At check-in, you can also request a special place - to the window, to the passage or to the center of the aircraft, and ask to sit together with the people you are traveling with. When you arrive at check-in, pay attention to the type of ticket, ie whether it is a business class or a business class or something else, so that you can go to the right counter. The airplanes are marked by a row number and letters in each row. To the window on the left side of the aircraft is the seat with the letter A, followed by the letter B in the middle and the letter C passing. Then there is a passage in the middle, with the letters D, E and F on the right (beside the window). If the aircraft has two rows of seats on both sides then the letters A and C on the left are used, and D and F on the right. The windows are lettered A and F. All depends on the type of aircraft. Most companies in the world do not have the 13th order on their plane.
At check-in you leave a large luggage you will get when you arrive at the destination. You can take a smaller luggage with you on the plane. Considering that during your travels you may find that your luggage is missing in another city, many of them carry most of the things without which they can not. Of course, you always get luggage, but sometimes you wait for two days (if you went to Singapore for example). In that case, you have the right to buy basic things like cosmetics and underwear, and make a bill to the company you were traveling with. If you arrive at the destination and do not find your luggage then you must contact the lost luggage office and leave your details, such as the cell phone number and the address where you are staying, so that you can deliver the luggage. That's why it's important not to lose your paper with the number of your luggage you get at check-in along with a boarding card, usually sticking to one of the paper (printed map, wrap ...).
Since luggage is being replaced there is a possibility that your bags and luggage will be damaged, so be careful with the quality of the bags you use, and it would be nice to tie them up with some safety belts because the bag can also open due to switching. The best plastic bags are. When leaving luggage at check-in it is important not to have any batteries in it. If you leave the batteries in any device such as cell phones, cameras, shavers, epilators, toothbrushes, luggage will immediately return you after the luggage passes control.
CONTROL
After you check in, you are heading towards the aircraft, and the first check is customs control if you travel outside of Croatia. In that case you need to show your passport and flight ticket, and you can report devices that you carry outside of Croatia, such as expensive cameras and laptops, since you may have problems with your return to Croatia. If you travel frequently with this equipment, you only have to complete the delivery receipt once every time and bring it back to you at any time when you return (do not return a return date for this certificate to be able to use it permanently).
Next, you have an overview of you and your personal belongings that you carry with you on the plane. You will pass through an ultrasonic door before you can leave a jacket, bags, and other items such as coins and straps at the same time as you are in control. Hold your ticket in your hand. If there are metal parts in your clothing you will have to go out, leave your shoes in the bowl and pass the boss, in front of all the people behind you. After you pass control you may be asked to show them the contents of the bag and the things you carry with you, which is also visible to everyone near you. Now, there is a very important thing, and that is the amount of liquid things you can have with you.
It is not allowed to carry things like water, juices, gels, lipsticks, glitters, creams, lotions, perfumes, sprays, make-up, creams, damp waxes, waxes, mascara, liquid powders, deodorants and the like in individual a volume of more than 100 ml, or in the total amount of more than one liter.
For example, this rule applies to water bottles that are, say, half a liter, and only 0.50 ml in the bottle is less than allowed. Or, say, carry a perfume, which is larger than 100 ml. Then you'll take it all away and throw it in the trash can. Remember what the value of cosmetics you will literally throw in the trash! Maybe 1,000 or 2,000 kunas?! All of the above mentioned applies to the medicines that are necessary to the person, even when flying on an airplane. Therefore, all cosmetics greater than 100 ml are better placed in the baggage that is left at the check-in than carrying with them.
BOARDING
Then you come to the waiting room waiting for boarding, boarding time is written on the ticket. If you have time to board time, then you can sit in a cafe and have a coffee or visit a free shop where you can buy whatever you want and bring with you to the aircraft (the liquids will pack you in a plastic bag). There is no longer a rule of 100 ml of liquid so you can buy a perfume and take it with you. But be careful! If you do, you will have to take control of everything you have with you at the next airport so you do not buy such things if you're going to. When it's time for boarding, you will go to the Gate (exit) which in indicated on your airticket and take the bus to take you to the plane. You will re-show the map on the Gate and, if necessary, an identification document, where you will shake off part of your ticket. Large airports have direct boarding from the Gate to the aircraft, while domestic airports do not have, which is certainly a shortage.
ENTRY IN AIRPLANE
After entering the aircraft, go to the headquarters indicated on ticket map and note the number of rows and the letter of the place you are seated on. Be sure to keep your place marked on the map. Above your head or in front of your leg below your seat you can leave your handy luggage and wardrobe.
When sitting down, you must wear a seatbelt and turn off mobile phones and other electronic devices. You can use certain equipment during the flight but inform the staff beforehand, so as not to interfere with the navigation and communication equipment of the aircraft.
Then there is the take-off of the aircraft, which is accompanied by the instructions of a steward to behave in case of danger such as a pressure drop, landing on an earthen or an aqueous surface. Once the aircraft reaches the height, you may want to unlatch the belt, which you will have to reset when landing. Flight by plane is mostly quiet, you will feel as though you are standing in the place, and if the aircraft passes through the clouds or blows the wind, you will feel jitter or even decay that is not dangerous, but if you are afraid you may look awful. During the flight, most flights are served with food and drinks, and some carriers charge for food and drinks, which is noted before serving. Likewise, during the flight, you are selling certain goods such as perfumes or drinks, which you can buy at cheaper prices. During the flight, you can use the toilet. No smoking in the airplanes and consumption of own alcoholic beverages as in most European airports.
LANDING
Then landing. Once the aircraft stop you can start with the exit, and before leaving do not forget to take with you your belongings. Then you are pointing to the luggage if you have left it at the check-in or at the exit if you do not have luggage.strong> When picking up luggage that comes with a moving belt, check its correctness, and if there is any damage, you must immediately report to the exit to initiate the damage compensation process. If you continue to travel by plane, then go to the Gate (exit) on your map without leaving luggage. It cares about the airport, ie luggage is transferred to another aircraft.
To enter some countries you will need to fill out an immigration card on the airplane, so pay attention to it, and do not throw it away, as it is sometimes necessary to show it back. If you have followed our tips and instructions carefully, the journey should be pleasant and trouble free.
We wish you a happy trip!
All passengers, their hand luggage, and their luggage must be inspected before entering the safe and secure areas of the airport. Protective examinations are performed on protective points, manual scan, by means of technical means and/or by the combination of the above methods. The primary purpose of the security review is to detect and prevent:
- placing prohibited items in a protected space (and later) in the aircraft, and possibly
- Execution of acts of unlawful interference, for example: aircraft abduction, sabotage or attack by an explosive device.
You can check items that are not allowed on the aircraft on this list. For objects/substances that you can not safely determine if they are allowed to transport, please contact your carrier or agent where you have purchased your travel chart. When examining a passenger there is also the option of a separate (separate) inspection of passengers. This option can be used by travelers with limited mobility, travelers with medical prostheses and passengers with a pacemaker. Devices used for security checks cannot cause damage to electronic devices (laptops, cameras, and pod ...) or camera cameras.
LIST OF SUBSEQUENT SUBJECTS
Firearms and other items that can throw projectiles that can cause serious injury
Sharp objects - objects with a pointed tip or blade that can cause serious injury
Dull objects - dull tips or bits that can cause serious injuries
Tools
Explosives, flammable substances and devices
Chemical and toxic substances
Liquids
For safety reasons, the transport of liquids in the passenger's luggage compartment was determined by the practice of a series of specially adapted rules. Liquids are prohibited for carriage in hand luggage unless individual containers/packagings are of a capacity (volume) greater than 100 ml or 100 g and are stored in a transparent plastic bag with a maximum capacity (volume) of 1 liter.
Transparent plastic netting can also be used to pack liquids in a hand luggage. The contents of the plastic bag must be appropriately stored (visible) and the bag must be closed. The liquids include: gels, pastes, lotions, liquid and solid mixtures, toothpaste, hair gels, drinks, syrups, perfumes, pressure bottle contents, eg shaving foam, deodorants and other objects of similar content.
Exemptions for the transport of liquids in hand luggage
Of course, due to the real needs and the ease of travel to some sensitive categories of passengers, certain exceptions have been introduced: (a) liquids which are used during the flight for medical purposes or because of special nutritional requirements, including baby food. At the request of the staff performing the inspection, the passenger must prove the credibility of the exempt fluid; or
b) liquids purchased in shops in the protected zone after the boarding passes have been inspected, and prior to the security check of the passengers, where such stores are subject to protective controls;
c) liquids purchased at the stores, after a protective inspection of the occupants, where such trade is subject to safeguarding;
(d) liquids purchased at the airport of the EU Member State which is being transferred to airports in the Republic of Croatia provided that the purchased liquid must be stored in a sealed transparent plastic bag and clearly indicated that it was purchased at the same date and at the same airport as the traveler is traveling;
e) Liquids purchased in Croatian and EU Member States, which are transferred to airports in the Republic of Croatia, provided that the liquid purchased must be stored in a sealed transparent plastic bag and clearly indicated that it was purchased on the aircraft on the same day.
Dangerous goods
It is necessary to know that objects/substances classified as Dangerous Goods in Air Transport are transported under special International Regulations (DGR), or procedures, which are also exempted from the ban on the carriage in hand and/or handed luggage. please inform your carrier or agent where you have purchased your travel chart.
USEFUL RECOMMENDATIONS
Passengers can also have a major impact on facilitating and expediting the security check. How?
1. Make timely preparation for the journey and inform the subjects/substances that are forbidden to transport,
2. Store only the items/substances permitted on the List of Prohibited Items, Liquid, and Dangerous Goods Orders - in this case you are not subject to the ban on transportation or seizure,
3. Dispose of liquids in a manual bag (only in tanks up to 100 ml) in a prescribed plastic bag,
4. Arrival at the airport should be timely in order to pass all procedures during the process of passenger shipment without any delay pressure,
5. In the case of transporting firearms, report the same to the person responsible for the registration of the passenger,
6. Prepare for the safety inspection of passengers and hand luggage, store metal jewelry, watches, coins and similar items you carry on yourself or in your pockets, in a hand luggage, to minimize the possibility of forgetting or losing it, or put it in a plastic container for storing items which are viewed by the RTG device.
7. Take out the baggage baggage baggage and baggage.
8. In preparation for the safety inspection of passengers and hand luggage, laptops and other larger electronic devices (for example, game consoles, digital cameras, and cameras etc.), separate from the hand luggage for a separate inspection and place in a plastic container intended for this purpose.
9. Remove the coat and/or jacket, and place it in a plastic container to view it as a special piece of hand luggage,
10. If the personnel responsible for screening are requested, be prepared to remove the strap and/or footwear and put them in a plastic container to be viewed as a special piece of hand luggage,
11. Follow the other instructions of the personnel responsible for the safety check.
